Eagle has its roots in the petroleum Exploration & Production (E&P) business. Eagle's company founders have backgrounds in Petroleum Engineering, Geophysics and Geology. Currently Eagle offers one E&P software package, the Seismic Location Database System, or SLDS.
SLDS™ - Seismic Location Database System. A database application for storing seismic line locations. This application is spatially enabled using ESRI ArcSDE™ software. It allows for the loading, storage, visualization, management and maintenance of seismic navigation data. SLDS can import and export seismic information in all standard industry formats as well as user-defined custom formats. The system also allows spatial data located anywhere in the world to be at high positional accuracy.
